As Senior Creative Project Manager, I coordinated between Obviously’s in-house team and BX Studio developers to ensure a smooth execution. This involved translating brand assets and case study content into a user-friendly site structure, managing client feedback loops, and guaranteeing design fidelity in the Webflow build. I also oversaw performance testing and mobile optimization to support the agency’s global reach.
